We are committed to providing our customers with exceptional learning experiences and valuable knowledge through our courses. As part of our dedication to quality and service, we have implemented a non-refundable return policy for our subscriptions and courses courses. Please review the following policy details before enrolling in any of our courses:
No Refunds on Course Enrollment
Once you enroll and pay for any of our Agile courses, the course fee is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to, change of mind, change of schedule, or inability to attend the course.
Exam Fees:
The cost of the initial (first) exam attempt is included with course registration, and must be taken within 30 days of course completion.
Retake Policy: All exam retakes are $100.
Course Transfer and Rescheduling
In the event that you are unable to attend a course you have enrolled in, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future course offering, subject to availability and course schedules. This request must be made at least 10 days before the originally scheduled course start date.
Access to Course Materials
Upon course enrollment, you will gain access to our course materials and resources one (1) day prior to course start. Once the access is granted, you will retain access to these materials for a specified period as per the course policy, regardless of attendance or course completion.
Course Cancellation by BH Zion, LLC
In rare instances, BH Zion may need to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollments. In such cases, participants will have the option to transfer their enrollment to a future course or receive a credit to be used for other BH Zion offerings.

Course Content and Revisions
BH Zion reserves the right to update, modify, or revise the course content, syllabus, and materials as needed to enhance the learning experience and reflect the latest industry trends and best practices.
Consultancy and Coaching: Please refer to your contract for refund terms and conditions.
