Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) is an important part of maintaining a healthy balance in life. BH Zion offers 10 paid holidays each year (which includes one floating days to be used at your discretion). We also offer a paid day to be used for volunteer work. In addition to paid holidays, your PTO is accrued based on years of service so you can take time to relax and recharge.
Continuous Learning Program
After 1 year of service, every employee is allotted an annual stipend to pursue continuous learning.
